Azerothian Diaries: Stories in Azeroth Star Trek: Far Horizons

A plethora of written projects in various stages of completion and rates of updating. From science fiction in Far Horizons to fantasy with Azerothian Diaries, many of these stories are derivative fiction (taking place in an established copyright setting with original characters) but have since grown beyond and thus the previous version found here has been set aside for the most part.

In the grand scheme this is writer's practice, trying to hone skills and experiment with ideas. The contents in this section will change dramatically over time as revisions take over older ideas and strip out the extraneous filler and new ideas and concepts come to the writers. We will never stop writing.

Content Warning: Some of the stories are inappropriate for young or sensitive readers. Appropriate age confirmation barriers may not be completely implemented yet so by entering any of these sites in the Writing section you agree that you are at least 18 years of age.

Mass Effect: Resistance coming soon

From tabletop roleplaying games to Minecraft, this section is dedicated to hosting resources and information on the wonderful ways we waste our time. It ranges from creative endeavors — collaborative fiction, tabletop roleplaying, web-board roleplaying which involve telling stories and creating a character and seeing the world from their point of view. To online multiplayer games like Minecraft — the game every child that loved legos would have wanted growing up.

G.O.D. Gaming Operation Director site is the most frequently updated site in this section containing information and online resources on the tabletop roleplaying games run by Jacob Matthew. Recent settings are Warhammer FRP 2nd Edition, Firefly, Aeon Trinity. Also on the G.O.D. site is Gamer Jargon, the comedic dictionary of gaming related terms!

What is roleplaying? Roleplaying at its most basic is creating a character and then attempting to play the role of that character in a setting agreed upon by the group. There is usually one person in the group who acts as the Game Master (GM) who controls the setting, the overall plot, and characters that are not belonging to one of the members of the group. It can involve dice to determine the outcome of events, but many diceless systems exist. Roleplaying games may be played over a number of mediums, from in-person to online through email, chat room or message board.

PBEM Sim Group Sites were diceless roleplaying games played via e-mail groups which ran between 1995-2002 and were among the first site designs created here at Talisan Creations.
